The certification endorses Kaluza as a company that meets high social and environmental standards, with a legal commitment to benefit not just shareholders, but all business stakeholders.
The B Corp certification addresses the entirety of a company’s operations and business model, covering five key impact areas of Governance, Workers, Community, Environment and Customers. The certification process is rigorous, with applicants required to provide evidence of socially and environmentally responsible practices relating to energy supplies, waste and water use, worker compensation, diversity and corporate transparency.
