Building on recent milestones, Kaluza’s latest senior hires will drive delivery, innovation and scale in the race to electrify the world’s energy systems.

LONDON, UK – 24 July 2025 – Kaluza has added three senior leaders to its team as it enters a new phase of global expansion. The appointments follow the recent acquisition of Beige Technologies and new board additions Miguel Gaspar Silva and Andy Cox, marking another milestone as Kaluza prepares to scale internationally and deliver faster, smarter solutions to meet growing demand for clean, electrified energy systems.

  • Sara Brooks joins as Chief Growth Officer, bringing experience from scaling billion-dollar tech companies, including Pleo, Meltwater and most recently, Zoa. She will lead Kaluza’s global expansion and market impact.

  • Jim MacDougall becomes Chief People Officer after senior roles at Amazon and Revolut. He will focus on building the teams and systems needed to scale Kaluza’s culture worldwide.

  • Judy Stonebridge-Dunne joins as VP of Client Delivery in Melbourne. She brings deep transformation expertise from Standard Chartered and Ant Group, and will lead Kaluza’s delivery across APAC.
